The operators of Flawless IPTV have been sentenced to a combined 30 years in jail.
According to multiple reports, five individuals behind “Flawless IPTV” were sentenced to more than 30 years in prison today (5/30/2023) after a private prosecution by the Premier League.
Flawless IPTV was one of the largest IPTV services operating in the UK with over 50,000 subscribers and generated millions in revenue.
This IPTV provider claimed to offer thousands of live channels, VOD content, and other offerings for a fraction of the price of traditional cable television.
The five men behind the “Flawless IPTV” operation were Mark Gould, Steven Gordon, Peter Jolley, Christopher Felvus, and William Brown.
These five men were sentenced to over 30 years in prison combined, while a sixth defendant, Zak Smith, did not appear in court.
This service generated approximately £4.6 million in revenue, £3.7 million of which was profit, unevenly divided among the individuals now in prison.
Flawless IPTV Operators Sentenced to Jail
Mark Gould: See as the main instigator of Flawless, received an 11-year sentence on two counts of conspiracy to defraud and contempt of court.
Steve Gordon: His cut was significant too, roughly £1 million according to the prosecution. Two counts of conspiracy to defraud and contempt of court led to a sentence of five years and two months.
Peter Jolley: His share of the profit was reported as £773,000. He received a sentence of five years and two months, on two counts of conspiracy to defraud and money laundering.
Christopher Felvus: His share was a relatively modest £164,500. Two counts of conspiracy to defraud earned him a sentence of three years and 11 months.

William Brown: He made just £15,000 but after pleading not guilty and then losing his case, today he was sentenced to four years and nine months, on two counts of conspiracy to defraud.
Zak Smith: He appears to have made less than £5,000 from Flawless. He did not appear in court today and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Flawless IPTV Raid
Private investigators on behalf of the Premier League searched the residences of these accused operators and were surprised at what they found.
Dozens of set-top boxes were set up in a spare bedroom that were manufactured to steal live sports feeds from broadcasters in the UK, Qatar, the US, Australia, and Canada.
A representative on behalf of the Premier League stated the following on this situation:
“The Premier League’s substantial financial contribution to the entire football pyramid is made possible through the ability to sell our broadcast rights. We are pleased that through rulings such as this, the courts continue to show that they recognise the importance of safeguarding the Premier League’s rights. We will continue to protect our rights and our fans by investigating and prosecuting illegal operators at all levels.”
